Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the 'Return Item' button next to your order, or contact our technical support team to troubleshoot any performance issues before proceeding.
Prepare the Hardware
Ensure the robot vacuum is factory reset to protect your privacy, and pack the device along with its charging dock, side brushes, and remote in the original protective internal packaging.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the exterior of the shipping box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
